Are You and Your Employees Open to Think?

Speaker: Dan Pontefract

Society is beginning to lose its grip on what matters most: the ability to think. We have begun to reward speed over quality and multitasking over focus, and the negative effects on both our personal and professional lives are potentially catastrophic. We need a return to balance between the three components of productive thought: dream, decide, do—and then repeat. At the end of the webcast, you will be able to: -Recognize the effects poor thinking is having on employees and organizations. -Define the difference between reflection and action, and become aware of indifferent, inflexible, and indecisive thinking attributes. -Distinguish the traits that make up creative, critical, and applied thinking—in other words, dream, decide, do, and repeat.
