Leader Connection Hour (LCH) - Navigating Challenging Conversations - July 2025
Even the most well-organized chapter teams occasionally experience conflict, and navigating those conversations is crucial for effective teamwork. In this informal, peer-to-peer facilitated discussion, NAC and chapter leaders gathered to:
1. Discuss common miscommunications that chapter teams might encounter,
2. Explore strategies to prepare for a challenging conversation, and
3. Consider what might be at stake when chapter leaders do not address challenging conversations.
