With over 14 percent of federal government employees reporting disabilities (and many more not self-reporting), there’s no doubt that ensuring accessibility for employees is the right thing to do. And, with the 2018 updates to Section 508, the moral imperative around accessibility is accompanied by a renewed legal urgency.
