Flexibility in Informal Learning Enhances Employee Development
New research from the Association for Talent Development (ATD) found that informal learning benefits both the employer and employee. This spontaneous type of learning occurs naturally through observations, trial and error, and talking and collaborating with others and is expected to increase within the next two years.
