Localizing Your Learning Content
Approximately two-thirds of organizations that need to localize their e-learning content are taking the steps to translate and adapt their training programs and materials to meet the needs of their employees no matter what language they speak. New research from the Association for Talent Development (ATD) titled "Localizing Your Learning: How Adapting Your Content Can Make Training More Effective" found that a one-size-fits-all training approach doesn’t work in this complex global business world. For training to succeed, content must be adapted to the needs of the learners.
