The pandemic has given us the opportunity to rethink how we meet, how we interact with our chapter members, and how we respond to our chapter members' needs. In this highly interactive session, you will learn how the ATD South Florida Chapter has reground, reset, and reinvented its strategic approach to leading talent development forward. You also will learn how to reground your chapter members with the continuity of flagship programs (that is, monthly chapter professional development events, monthly board meetings, talent development talks, networking events, mentorship programs, and CPTD study groups); reset your chapter by leveraging your advisory committee, chapter leaders, and chapter members for feedback, industry best practices, annual topic development, current trends, and future planning; and reinvent the way you meet and collaborate - going virtual, in-person, and hybrid based on the needs of your chapter.
