Creating an ATD Community of Champions to Support Your Chapter DE&I Initiatives

This session will be presented via the conference platform. After a series of connections and workshops with multiple ATD chapters across the nation, the realization is, that although everyone should be involved in DEI, spearheading DEI initiatives is a challenge that needs champions. This session will identify what it takes to be a DEI champion and how to build a community of champions to support the achievements of chapters' DEI goals. Learn about DEI experiences from chapters that are at different stages of their DEI journeys, including what roadblocks they have encountered and their successes. The vision is to create a sustainable pipeline of DEI champions.
