Engagement is the key to every mission your chapter embarks upon and the key to inclusion, commitment, and succession planning. In this session, you will experiment with various engagement frameworks and tailor short-term and long-term engagement to the specific needs of your board. Before transporting to your next adventure, you will develop engagement strategies for use in board meetings, subcommittees, and communication.
