Are you interested in learning how board meetings can be more focused on strategy instead of day-to-day operations? Learn how our chapter's process and dashboard drove our membership growth strategy. Effective communication plays a key role in having a focused board meeting, so you will discover the tools our chapter used to keep everyone informed and aligned on chapter operations. In this session, you will work with other leaders to begin creating an effective dashboard for your chapter. When you leave the session, you will have a framework for communications as well as a dashboard draft to present to your board.
