Operations Madness: Solving your chapter operations problems without losing your mind

Does volunteer management scare you senseless? Do you want to run screaming from sponsorship? Join this session to practice your problem-solving and critical thinking in a highly interactive session that will help you calm the craziness of running a local chapter. Each chapter is different, but they all expect you to deal with certain things: member questions and concerns, limited resources to implement all our great ideas, and problems recruiting for certain volunteers. What about the problems we don't expect? This session will explore four unique problems that impacted our chapter in the last two years, help you problem-solve the issues, and discuss how our chapter has taken the lessons learned from these events to make its operations even stronger.
