What's the "word on the street" about your chapter? There's definitely a story! But how are you telling it? Let's put aside comfort and talk about creation. This session leverages a S-T-O-R-Y Model of Engagement to address the challenges many chapters face, and through inclusion, connection, and impact activities, it will explore the current state and ignite the inferno to plan the future state. From start to finish, you will be immersed in opportunities to build a foundation of DEI knowledge and translate it into actionable steps to help your chapter's engagement soar.
