Want a more meaningful way to recognize your chapter volunteers? Join the ATD New York City Chapter to learn how your chapter can start its digital badge journey. Digital badges serve as proof of some kind of achievement, qualification, or completion. Volunteers can showcase their badge(s) on social media, personal websites, LinkedIn profiles, and email signatures. These badges have metadata to communicate details of the badge to anyone wishing to verify it or learn more about the context of the achievement it signifies. They promote the individual as well as the awarding organization. Digital badges can be a win-win for your volunteers and your chapter.
