Strong chapter leadership requires proper onboarding. Ensuring chapter leaders receive the appropriate information acquaint themselves with the chapter and to understand their roles and expectations as chapter leaders are paramount to the success of chapters. Determining a suitable approach to conducting an onboarding that mitigates potential issues helps assure that chapter leaders are duly onboarded and prepared to properly lead the chapter.
