The learning design that has worked for us all these years suddenly doesn't seem to fit right. As instructional designers, we have had to make alterations to convert our face-to-face offerings to fit online deliveries. However, what we may have previously overlooked is that these alterations provide a great opportunity - to create cohesive, meaningful learning journeys that guarantee the transfer of learning.
