On June 27, 2019, CTDO Next members participated in a working session focused on four agenda items: finding consensus on positions related to the ethics of artificial intelligence; a presentation about talent development's role in the digital transformation; a discussion about creating a talent development forecast model; and a conversation about the critical elements of disrupting talent development.
