Is the LMS Dead? Highlights From the Latest ATD Research

In 2018, ATD and i4cp conducted a study on learning management systems (LMS). The primary question was: Does the LMS have a future? Or, is the LMS dead? This research explored organizations' current and projected future uses of the LMS, seeking to identify the extent of use and capabilities most valued by talent development leaders. This session will be an active discussion of the highlights and key recommendations from this study.
