The Neuroscience of Psychological Safety and Trust in Effective Teams

Effective teams are characterized by high levels of both psychological safety and interpersonal trust. Recent research supports the need for both factors for teams to prosper and function effectively. This session will summarize the neuroscience behind these factors and provide evidence-based approaches to enhance both psychological safety and interpersonal trust in teams.
