How do you account for the impact of culture on your training design or delivery? You look at how some of the dimensions of culture impact learning designs, including content and activities, and your training delivery, such as asking questions, getting answers, and giving feedback. These dimensions of culture are applicable across cultures, so no matter whether you are preparing for one or many cultures, you can use this framework.
