By some counts, there are 188 known cognitive biases, many of which work against us in a learning environment. But what if we could use some of these biases to our advantage to aid learner recall and retention? In this session, you will identify four distinct cognitive biases that can be put to work helping your learners to more easily retain and recall your content.
