Create Effective Soft Skills E-Learning Training Courses With Branching Exercises
How can companies leverage e-learning to deliver effective, engaging, and transformative soft skills training? While the computer cannot yet replicate the full spectrum of human interaction, there are creative ways to reinforce soft skills content via the computer. The use of branching scenarios and simulations can be an effective way. Building branching exercises and scenarios is much different from the traditional, linear approach to e-learning development. It requires a different mindset, more advanced tools, and a completely new way to storyboard the training. Traditional methods of authoring and development are not enough to develop these interactive, engaging training programs. This session will help you get started.
