Performance Checklists and Rubrics to Measure Soft Skills

In this session, you'll practice using the two tools for creating performance checklists and rubrics designed to measure learners' interpersonal, communication, sales, procedural, and leadership skills. These tools can be used to give learners feedback and judge the accomplishment of training objectives. The tools also help reinforce behaviors when learners return to the job and want to more accurately judge their own progress.
