This session will share seven factors that are crucial to making transfer happen. These seven factors were revealed in a 2016 study, in which hundreds of training sessions from international companies were analyzed. The study looked at how transfer took place six months later. In this session, you will be invited to use an app that checks the rate of transfer of a learning program of your choice. It shows you directly the effectiveness of the seven factors and advises you on how to redesign your learning program to have more impact.
