What's It Worth? Demonstrate the ROI of Your Learning Programs

You implement a program, and soon after business measures improve. But the question remains: What is the improvement worth, and how does that value compare with program costs? Regardless of the type of program, leaders around the world ask, 'What's it worth?' both before and after an investment in people. During this session, you will learn to how to answer that question in a compelling, logical, and credible way. You will calculate a return on investment (ROI), apply three techniques to isolate program effects, and convert measures to money. You will also learn guidelines to determine which programs are suitable for ROI analysis. This session will use simple math (addition and subtraction) during exercises, so come ready to engage and have some fun. Oh, and bring a calculator!
