In a learning environment, great storytelling can be the difference between a bored audience and an engaged one. Data-driven PowerPoint slides, statistics, or figure-laden spreadsheets do little to motivate, not to mention drive retention of information, but we continue to use them because they provide visual cues and stimulation. There is a better way. This session will explore the basics of telling a great story through video. We'll explore how the best marketing communications strategies can be utilized in a learning environment to persuade, engage, and inspire your audience. You'll come away from this session with a solid storytelling framework and a blueprint for creating your own videos based on those stories.
