In this session, the speaker share knowledge about how you can optimize your department of one while you manage projects, communicate with stakeholders, assess technology, and everything else your organization puts under your department umbrella. The speaker will also share resources that she uses in her organization to create e-learning programs, and give you ways to identify what tools your organization may have that you haven't considered.
