Compliance and technical training, unfortunately, have a bad reputation. Many trainers think of it it as a necessary evil. They are resigned to the fact that good learning opportunities are difficult to incorporate. The consequence is long and tedious learning programs. However, at the heart of all compliance and technical issues are real-life events, which when extracted and formulated into provocative stories help engage learners and provide great opportunities for better understanding and content retention. Stories are abundant and simple to discover from compliance and technical content, easy to insert within the lessons to heighten learner engagement. This session will help you divide your program into smaller parts, identify must-learn content, develop and deliver lessons starting with a real-life incident and a story, and present your content seamlessly embedded within the story.
