How does emotion influence your approach to a difficult situation? In this session, you will learn about five methods for handling conflict as your go-to strategy, and then learn how to choose and apply the most effective method to achieve the best results in each situation. At time, you have to step out of your comfort zone and recognize that you have a choice for how you react, how you make decisions, and how you lead others. You will be able to recognize your own conflict triggers and become more able to discern others' emotions and react accordingly. You will also improve your problem-solving skills and time management skills, while awakening your emotional awareness.
