In this session, you'll learn about one company's journey from being a completely left-brained company to one that centers its thinking on human-first. Discover how the company embedded design thinking into its DNA, which allowed it to create value by leveraging human journeys and changing them for the future. This session will draw out the journey map of making the change in company DNA and the impact this made in its strategic agenda on the global scale.
