Microsoft Global Sales Enablement: A High-Impact Corporate MOOC Strategy

From the TechKnowledge 2016 Conference: Microsoft's Sales Readiness Group, in collaboration with Intrepid Learning and two highly renowned business schools, delivered a powerful online training program to worldwide sellers leveraging the corporate MOOC (massive open online course) model, with content tailored specifically to Microsoft and closely aligned with business objectives. End to end, this was a groundbreaker in corporate training with effective results, including more than 80 percent completion rates, 99 percent learner satisfaction, and 95 percent of learners indicating the courses will improve their job performance. Course topics consisted of business strategy, financial acumen, solutions for business model innovation, and competing for C-suite business. This session will present return on investment, results, lessons learned, and next steps after a full year of the program.
